Rooted & Regulated is an immersive mind-body healing experience created through a collaboration between Mental Wealth Hawaii and Studio Norae.
This series is designed to help participants explore the emotional roots of their patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and move toward greater balance, clarity, and embodied awareness. Through gentle Brainspotting activation, participants will be guided in identifying origin stories, attachment wounds, and emotional experiences that may be contributing to feeling stuck or disconnected. Somatic practices, including yoga and intentional body-based healing, will support nervous system regulation and cultivate a deeper awareness of self throughout the process.
Participants will also engage in rituals of release, such as a reflective fire-burning ceremony, alongside creative expression and mindful art-making through ceramic sculpting. Together, these experiences are intended to create space for emotional and somatic processing, self-reflection, and meaningful transformation within a small supportive community environment.
Sessions will begin on Friday, July 10th and reoccur on Friday’s at 5:30 PM. Each session will be approximately two hours long and will occur over the course of five consecutive weeks.
