INNER ALCHEMY
Body. Breath. Clay.

Small-group and private retreats designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and discover your inner truth.

A whole-person approach to health and wellness

What You'll Find

Small Group & Private Retreats

Studio Norae holds small-group and private retreats on the windward side of Oʻahu. Designed to fit into your life, each one moves through consistent embodied practices: mindful movement and somatic yoga to settle your body, breathwork to slow your attention, guided reflection and journaling, and hand-building with clay to give your inner experience tangible form, all in an intentionally held container.

4 Week Retreat. For people ready to make sustained time for self-reflection, nervous-system regulation, and creative integration. Sessions meet once/week.

Breathe + Shape

For you if you want a gentle Sunday reset but do not have capacity for a multiweek program.

Presence: Private Session

A private morning, just for you, a couple, or a few close friends: breath, restorative yoga with Reiki, and clay. Three hours, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Inquire for yourself or a private group.

Vessels of Remembrance

Etchings In Clay: Core Values & The Lives We Build

3 Week Retreat. For those seeking guidance in exploring their core values to build a life aligned with their truth. Sessions meet once/week.

1:1 Mentoring & Support

For those who feel stuck, are in a period of transition, or want personal support turning insight into next steps.

Journey Inward

A space to explore, discover, and honor your inner world.

Norae (노래) means “song” in Korean.

It represents the quiet inner music that emerges when we slow down enough to listen — our innate wisdom and guidance waiting to be heard.
