SUNDAY RESET
Restorative Yoga + Clay
Sundays | 6:00–8:00 PM
A weekly ritual to close the week and begin the next with intention.
As the weekend comes to an end, give yourself two hours to slow down, reconnect, and create.
The evening begins with a deeply restorative yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and invite you back into your body. Supported by bolsters, blankets, and long-held postures, you'll have space to rest, breathe, and simply be.
From this place of stillness, you'll transition into an hour of guided hand-building with clay. After a brief demonstration of foundational techniques, you'll be invited to explore freely—allowing your hands to shape whatever wants to emerge without expectation or judgment.
You'll also receive a reflection card to carry into the week ahead, helping you extend the practice beyond the studio.
No yoga or clay experience is necessary. Simply come as you are.
Your Evening Includes
- 60-minute restorative yoga practice
- 60-minute open clay exploration with gentle guidance
- All clay materials and tools
- One ceramic piece (up to 1 lb), professionally glazed and kiln-fired
- Weekly reflection card for continued mindfulness and intention
Yoga props are provided.
Your finished ceramic piece will be ready for pickup approximately three weeks after the session.
