Studio Norae values your time and commitment to our offerings. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service.
Embodiment Programs & Series
Due to the small group nature of Studio Norae programs and the preparation involved in each cohort, the following terms apply to all multi-week program registrations including Presence, Roots, Seasons, The Body as Teacher, Threshold, Rooted & Regulated, and any future series:
- More than 10 days before the program start date — a 50% refund will be issued upon written request. The remaining 50% is non-refundable to account for preparation, materials, and the held spot.
- Within 10 days of the program start date — no refund is available regardless of reason for cancellation.
- After the program has begun — no refund is available for participants who withdraw, miss sessions, or choose not to complete the program once underway. Individual missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be made up unless otherwise arranged at Lauren's discretion.
Requests to transfer registration to a future cohort may be considered with more than 10 days notice and are granted at Studio Norae's sole discretion.
Workshops, Classes & Events
All purchases for standalone workshops, classes, and events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to a future date at our discretion, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Mentoring Sessions
Mentoring sessions are non-refundable once booked.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited.
Digital Products
All digital products including workbooks and downloadable materials are non-refundable once delivered.
Clay Pieces
Program fees that include clay work cover all materials, glazing, and firing. Clay pieces are non-refundable once fired. Pieces not claimed within 30 days of completion notification may be respectfully disposed of.
Cancellations by Studio Norae
If Studio Norae must cancel a class, workshop, session, or program, registered participants will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future offering.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to lauren@studionorae.com. Please include your full name, the program or service name, and your registration date. Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
